Neighbors number 5 are moving out and we are looking for someone awesome to replace them before the landlord starts advertising the opening. How cool would it be to find all your friends and get them to live in the same building?? There's 8 apts and we already know 3 peoples...with an opening to come in March...we are half way there to running our own party palace!!
If I had an apartment building I would rent it exclusively to college students. They all party harty and I wouldn't want any sort of adult human to be a neighbor of a college student. That just wouldn't be fair. If only I ran the world....
